IMPORTANT SHIP NOTICE

While we have no control over the shippers, We realize that there are times that some packages arrive with damage. In order to ensure that your taken care of, the following steps must be taken to file a claim.
If the box arrives and is severely damaged upon arrival, you must NOT Let the driver leave without inspecting the contents. If you find that the damage is severe, you MUST Refuse Delivery and contact Customer Care.
Keep in mind that cosmetics is a simple fix, you can email pictures of the damaged parts to Customer Service and we will ship them right out.
If you sign for the package you have accepted the package as is - It is now your responsibility
If you find damage upon receiving the package, you MUST email pictures of the damage along with a list of damaged parts within 72 hours of receipt to Tech Support. Customer Service will expedite your parts to you.
If you are missing pieces, you MUST email a list of missing pieces to support
Support will review each case individually and work with you to correct any problem
Patience will be the key to correcting any and all issues
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY RETURNS AUTHORIZED We will work with you to get your scooter the way it was when it left the shop, PLUS we will provide part replacement (Minus Complete Engines) for up to 30 days from purchase No Charge
