Your order is processed the day we receive it
Most orders placed on our web site by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will process the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to process most gear when you order!

What is Processed?
When an order is processed, that means that the orde has been pulled from the pending batch, the credit card is validated, the in-stock inventory is verified and the item is pulled for packaging inspection. Once the item availability ahs been determined and the item has been flagged for packaging verification, the credit card is charged. This completes the order processing and the order is then sent to shipping.

Your order is delivered in 10-14 business days
If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, we'll ship it for delivery within 10-14 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) This is a safety net to cover any unforseeable issues that may arise during the shipping process. The normal average time to receive your package ranges 2-5 business days from the time it is shipped.

For orders going to APO/FPO addresses, we'll ship via Priority Mail at our standard shipping charges. Please allow extra time for delivery.

If your billing address is a PO Box, You Must include a physical address as the ship-to address.

Scooters and parts will be shipped by DHL, UPS, or Yellow Transportation as standard ground ( parts might be shipped with USPS first class mail depending on the size).

Rush delivery as over nights or two days air are available with additional fee if customer requests. Customer must contact a service representative at Support prior to order.

We mainly only ship scooters to the lower 48 states of U.S., but for parts we CAN ship to other countries if customers are willing to pay the extra cost of shipping.

All of our scooters are brand new in the box as 95% assembled. Our scooter experts will examine each scooter to make sure everything on the scooters is in prefect condition prior to shipping.

We fully pack the scooter in a professional way with our own reinforced packaging. We purchase insurance and signature required for each scooter that we ship (it’s included in the S/H); THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES BY SHIPPING; however, we will help customers to file claims to the shipping company if any damages happen during shipping.

If for some reason that you receive your scooter and you find somthing wrong with it, you must open a support ticket and anything you need to get your new scooter working or looking properly will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If you would like for a technician to get in touch with you, please indicate that in your ticket. For scooters that are lost during shipping, we will make claim for the customers. Once we have the confirmation from the shipping company, we will be able to send you the replacement scooters.

Orders of scooters that are made before 1:00 pm EST will usually be processed the same day or the next business day at the latest (weekends and holidays are not considered as business day).

For orders of parts please allow 24-72 hours for us to ship them out. Tracking numbers of scooters and parts will be sent to customer routinely. Learn about our return policy
